Orders, shipping and returns

Design to Merch helps you design the gift and creates your purchase link. SelecticDesigns.com (SOLD LLC) is the seller. When you check out, your order follows the SelecticDesigns shipping policy and refund policy. This page summarizes them so you know what to expect.

Your approved preview is what gets printed

Every product is made from the artwork you approved in the app, including the name, date or wording in it. Check spelling, placement and the product option in the preview before you order. If what arrives does not match your approved preview, that is the seller’s error and it will be replaced or refunded. If it matches, it is not returnable for a change of mind or a wording error in the approved artwork.

Changing or cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund, or correct the delivery address, within one hour of ordering by emailing support@selecticdesigns.com with your order number. After one hour the order goes into production and cannot be changed.

Shipping

Orders ship to addresses in the United States only for now. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days and delivery another 3 to 7 business days. You get a tracking number by email when it ships. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Christmas order-by date

For the best chance of delivery before December 25, order apparel (tees, long sleeves, sweatshirts and hoodies), the everyday cotton tote and the vintage ball ornament by December 4, 2026, and everything else by December 7, 2026. These dates are provisional and may change; the product page always shows the current order-by date. Orders after the date are welcome but not guaranteed for Christmas.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Contact the seller within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. Verified claims get a free replacement or a refund, and you usually do not need to send the item back.

Unused purchase links expire after 7 days

Your purchase link stays open for 7 days after it is created, so you can order now or come back later that week. If nothing has been ordered from it within 7 days, the link expires and stops working; you can make your design again in the app and get a new link.

Prices

Prices shown in the app are fixed through January 31, 2027 (US Central time). The price you confirm in the app is the price on your product page; shipping and any tax are added at checkout.
